I’m 19years old girl from Finland and I’m probably coming to France (Paris and maybe elsewhere too) in May and I’d like to know something about squats and gigs and specially about people before I come. So that I wouldn’t have to go and see only the huge touristtraps but also something that underground.
I don’t know the exact date yet, but I’d like to make friends before my visit or at least talk about things I can do there when I arrive. I appreciate all the information I can get.

dont worry about making friends, the population here is very masculin (though not entirely)… I’d worry more about making to close contact with some of us (you should probably have said you were a guy… )

If I understood axx’s post correctly it would be easier to get along with you if I were a boy. well I hope that my sex doesn’t really make a difference. I think that the punkscene is quite masculin all over the world so I’m used to hang out with guys.
I’m positively surprised that I’ve got so many answers, French punkscene seems to be more active than I thought. I’m a bit tired at the moment so I already forgot what I was supposed to say so maybe it’s better to stop right here.
