Protokids = 77 Powerpop; des mecs qui n’ont jamais joué dans aucun groupe avant ressortent leur collec’ Good Vibrations et leurs compils ringardes pour vous chanter l’amour au bar et les courses de scooter sous emprise. Les Protokids auront 2 EP à défendre: un premier, Geometric Boy, à paraître fin avril chez Alien Snatch; ainsi qu’un split avec les Headliners, sortie début Juin sur Juvenile Deliquent/UVPR. Nouveaux morceaux, nouvelle batteuse, nouvelles chaussures, mais la formule reste la même: préparez un t-shirt de rechange. (Le premier 45, Kings of the Hill sur Push my buttons, est sold out, arrêtez de m’en demander.)

With ex-HARDxTIMES, ex-Bored to Death, ex-hibitionists… The band was created in 2005. We recorded a 5 tracks demo in october, 2006. In 2009, G.G.Y. released its 1st E.P « The hidden side of happiness » on UVPR Vinyles. G.G.Y recorded the song « Last Trip » for the « Oi! l’album » LP (with Bombardiers, the Janitors, the Daltonz …). Gonna Get Yours is an antiracist Oi! band. Cheers !
